Whether you’ve seen the plays or not, this area is all about you! Here you’ll find some useful ideas on stress and wellbeing, vlogs and links to some great advice and information.
There’s a lot to juggle when you’re young and a lot of pressures coming from all sides. There’s school, homework, revision, options and exams and the pressure to do well.
As well as this there’s friendships, parents and the worry about what you’re going to do once school is over. We’ve tried to get together some advice and tips on how to deal with stress and anxiety and some ways you can improve your health and wellbeing.
If there are specific things worrying you, it’s always better to get advice and talk to someone and we’ve included links to organisations you can talk to in complete confidence.
We’re hoping that if you’ve seen the plays then we hope you enjoyed them and if you’d like to see the plays, ask a teacher to drop us a line to find out how to book us.
